Shortterm

Operations

These cooperations last for between 3 – 6 months. By evaluating the operational and the meta level as-is situation and applying dual-level coaching (DLC) we can quickly and precisely solve any problem and leverage the organizational challenge ensuring successful delivery.

Midterm

Tactics

These engagements run over 6 to 18 months and help organizations to successfully master any kind of instrinsic- or extrinsic-initiated change demand. By looking at both levels we can define to focus on what aspect during with phase and thus can leverage the change managemen but also the resilience and competitive advantage for the time after.

Longterm

Strategic

These initiatives run for 3 – 5 years and mostly more than 2 partners are involved. These projects look for example at industry life cycle analysis or reorientation of knowledge or disciplines necessitated by the failures of the individual sciences in their mono-dimensional research and self-reflection.

Applied Methods and Techniques

Mathematical Modelling

This involves translating real-world problems into a set of mathematical equations or relationships. These models can then be analyzed to understand the underlying structure and make predictions about future behavior.

Statistical Analysis

Statistical methods are used to collect, analyze, and interpret data. This can involve techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning.

Computational Methods

Computers are used to perform complex calculations and simulations. This allows scientists to study systems that would be too difficult or expensive to investigate experimentally. Some of the common computational methods include finite element analysis, molecular dynamics simulations, and network analysis.

Optimization Techniques

These methods are used to find the best possible solution to a problem, given a set of constraints. Optimization techniques are widely used in engineering design, resource allocation, and scheduling problems.

Symbiotic Conjoint

This involves identifying, selecting, testing and combining methods from different fields (transferring knowledge). This creates a mutually beneficial loop where each discipline refines the other, leading to deeper understanding within the target discipline.

Literature Review

In methods and structural sciences, literature reviews help you find existing knowledge and gaps, and justify combining methods from other disciplines for deeper exploration. By thoroughly reviewing past research, we gain a comprehensive understanding of the current methodologies, theories, and limitations within the specific field. 

Dual-level Coaching

In order to enable our partners to also understand to directly work in accordance to the standards and guidelines of methods and structural sciences we use DLC to coach and counsel the partners on both, the operational content as well as the structural meta level.

Agile Abstraction

This method is at the core of methods and structural sciences as with AA we can quickly get the required understanding of where the core problem is located. This can be for example an organization-structural problem or for example a competency issue. With this knowledge we can then define adequate measures and methods.

Corporate Communication
Reengineering

Together with international leading publisher Springer, we realized a project in the area of institutional communication. Springer publisher engaged the APQS Institute to run a methods and structural science based project on the future and associated required changes for this matter area. The project led to the publication of a thought leading book on “Reengineering Corporate Communication” as during the last years no substantial and long overdue advancement from the core matter area experts was brought into discourse.

Predictive Intelligence
Student Start-up

Together with globally leading organizations such as the ANDRITZ Group, the Federal Austrian Chamber of Commerce and the University of Applied Sciences Munich we were engaged in preparing and launching the 2023 awarded Predictores.ai student start-up. With already more than 100 students and researchers, 6 digit annual recurring revenue and more than 50 industry minimal viable products this already profitable soonicorn can be considered as a thought leading project led by the experts of the AQPS Institute.

Conjoint Research

World leading scientific publisher CRC Press Taylor and Francis Group approached the AQPS Institute about a research and publication project at the forefront of the developments in the area of artificial intelligence (AI). In this context the global scientific community of the AQPS Institute in a broad range of disciplines was invited to contribute to the project with the latest advancements in the different matter areas.
