AQPS is developing an international network of qualified Education Partners. You contribute market knowledge and local delivery capability; under an agreed licence the institute provides the educational framework, materials and quality assurance.
Demonstrate expertise
Complete Methods Expert and Structural Expert or submit an equivalent portfolio for assessment.
Develop teaching competence
Complete the Faculty Lab: 16 hours of train-the-trainer plus 8 hours of preparation, teaching assessment and feedback.
Plan the market and quality
Define the business model, language, target customers, local requirements, faculty and quality processes in a 90-day plan.
Agree the partnership
Following successful review: a separate licence agreement governing curricula, brand use, territory, fees and quality requirements.

Proposed commercial model
Faculty Lab: planned total price €4,900 including VAT; Expert programmes are additional. Licence onboarding for an agreed territory: €9,900 excl. VAT once. Quality assurance and content updates: €2,400 excl. VAT annually. Royalty: 12% of net course revenue from licensed AQPS programmes. No automatic minimum turnover in the pilot year; further terms follow market review.
Quality remains a requirement.
The model provides for annual observed teaching, material updates, documented learner feedback and transparent complaints procedures. Certificates follow consistent assessment. Licence review and renewal depend on the agreed quality standard.
