Which development pathway suits managers?
Managers need to frame tasks, choose methods with reason, assess outputs, clarify responsibility and make decisions transparent. AQPS develops the methods and structural competence required for this work. Corporate scoping establishes whether a shared foundation, a methods project or a structural programme fits your challenge.
How do the three corporate formats differ?
Team Foundation provides one live day and an initial team template. Methods Sprint combines three live days with a two-hour transfer review to develop templates and a pilot workflow. Structural Transformation Lab covers six live days over eight weeks and a two-hour review for process, role and decision architecture. Planned formats accommodate up to twelve participants.
What role does AI play in the programmes?
AQPS develops methods and structural competence: selecting an approach that fits the task, assessing outputs transparently and designing workable processes, roles and decisions. AI is one of several application contexts. Whether and how it is included depends on the professional challenge and is agreed during scoping.
What should our organisation prepare?
Bring a specific professional challenge, the relevant roles and a possible application case. The 60-minute scoping conversation clarifies participants, context and data access. Confidential customer data is not needed for the initial enquiry. The proposal defines working outputs and an appropriate transfer review.
Does corporate participation award an expert certificate?
Corporate programmes include a participation record. Institute-issued expert certificates additionally require the complete individual assessments of the relevant programme. A corporate session alone does not replace those assessments.
How can we enquire about a development programme?
Submit a non-binding corporate enquiry describing participants and the task. AQPS discusses format, dates, delivery and total price with you. The website enquiry is not a binding booking and does not trigger payment. Published corporate prices are planning prices for live online delivery, plus statutory VAT.
What are methods and structural competence?
Methods competence means selecting, applying and evaluating a suitable approach to a task. Structural competence connects tasks, roles, information and decisions so collaboration becomes transparent and repeatable.
Who are the programmes for?
Professionals, leaders, project owners, consultants and organisational development practitioners. Companies can request a dedicated cohort built around their own practical project.
What certificate will I receive?
Foundation provides a participation and practical achievement certificate. Methods Expert and Structural Expert are institute-issued AQPS certificates with assessed performance. They are not academic degrees; no state or external accreditation is claimed.
Do I pay for every stage separately?
Foundation is included in the Methods Expert price. A later upgrade credits the full €790 paid. The complete Expert Pathway, including Foundation, Methods Expert and Structural Expert, has a planned price of €5,490, compared with €5,980 for the two Expert programmes booked separately.
Can I already make a binding booking for 2027?
Cohorts are published as a programme plan. You can register non-binding interest. A booking follows only after confirmation of delivery, faculty, total price and participation terms. No payment is taken here at present.
How do I become a licensed partner in my country?
Complete the Expert Pathway, train-the-trainer, an assessed teaching demonstration and a market and quality plan. A separate licence agreement may follow. Certification alone does not authorise delivery of AQPS programmes; country exclusivity is not automatic.
How is AQPS different from a tool training course?
The focus is selecting, designing and evaluating methods and structures with a clear rationale. Programmes connect Template-based Management, organisational design and Predictive Intelligence to your own use case.
Do I need coding or statistics skills?
No coding skills are needed for Foundation or Methods Expert. Basic data literacy and experience with business processes are useful for Structural Expert. The emphasis is organisational and decision design.
How do I keep my expert status current?
A 24-month update cycle is planned, with 16 documented learning hours and a practice update. Your completion certificate permanently records the achievement at that time; active expert or partner status is managed separately.
Which languages are available?
The website and initial cohorts are planned in German and English. Each cohort has a specified teaching language. Qualified local partners will support additional languages in the future.
