In February 2024 we evaluted, validated and confirmed the latest advancements in the area of Human Resources performance recruiting. This operational project is realized together with FYNEST International and the University of Applied Sciences Munich. The “Talent Sprint” is a milestone in the context of the “War for Talents” as it challenges everything that has gone before in terms of candidate journey and candidate nurturing. With only one touchpoint double digit qualified applicants can be generated for only 20 % of the industry benchmarks in recruiting.
